★ FLUTER-D不含蜡质(熔点60~90度)或凡士林做载体，不会让成品有吐蜡移型的机率；
★ FLUTER-D可以有效提高胶料混炼的流动性与填料的分散性，在开炼机或密炼机开机未热机的状态下，FLUTER-D在室温30几度就可以帮助胶料的混练均匀及流动性的改善；
★ 优异的流动性可以改善后段成品表面的光滑度、容易帮助成品脱模，同时因流动性的改善，亦可以节省边料的重量比，故可以减少每模胶料的总重量，也较容易去毛边；
★ 因可以快速帮助胶料及填充剂的混练，故可以缩短5%~10%客户原本混练的时间，进而每日可减少电费及增加工人打料数量之成本
★ 建议添加1-5phr在混炼的前段，FLUTER-D通常应用于NR SBR NBR BR EPDM CR IIR等胶料中.

✔ Excellent fluidity can improve the smoothness of the surface of the finished product in the later stage, facilitating the demolding of the finished product. At the same time, due to the improvement in fluidity, the weight ratio of the edge material can also be reduced, thus reducing the total weight of the rubber material per mold and making it easier to remove burrs;
✔ Due to its ability to quickly assist in the mixing of rubber compounds and fillers, it can reduce the original mixing time of customers by 5% to 10%, thereby reducing daily electricity costs and increasing the cost-effectiveness of workers' material processing output.
